We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Our strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities: 

Train and supervise the day-to-day construction labor on assigned job sites. Labor is 100% done via subcontract. Also responsible for recruiting trade base and referring same to centralized purchasing department for contract finalization. 

Communicate and project the JC Jackson Homes, We care attitude to all customers and employees through all forms of communication (writing, verbal, appearance).

Performs miscellaneous punch out items in preparing house for delivery.

Conducts lot inspection conferences with customers or sales staff for the houses assigned when required. Lot inspection requires grade setting, utility and house location within lot dimensions. 

Is responsible for maintaining marketing and/or job or lot number signs on each job during construction. 

Is responsible for ensuring safe work practices are evident on all jobs. Must insist upon compliance with JC Jackson Builders safety and health policies as stated in the Safety and Health Model Plan. Must understand and comply with all OSHA job site requirements. 

Updates schedule and approves payment in a timely and accurate fashion as needed on each job daily. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is great but not required. 

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

PMP or similar certification is a plus. 

Compensation: 

Full time 

$60,000 - $87,000 based on experience
