Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and closing sales.
• Provide high-quality support to the New Home Specialist to achieve profit potential and meet sales goals.
• Act as a sales representative by directing and greeting prospects/customers, providing tours of the models, and soliciting feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of sales models and assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining collateral and customer files.
• Assist in processing and preparing agreements for customer signatures and actively participate in all departmental functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current homeowners.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated records of sales activity and customer information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (1-3 years). A Real Estate license is not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $18 - $20 per hour, plus commission. Earn up to $75,000+.
